How can we help you?

To undertake The Great Place to Work® assessment and certification, a company should have the employee strength of at least 10 employees in India. Organizations having 10-99 employees must be in existence and operating for over 2 years to be a part of the assessment and certification.

All the organizations who nominate themselves for the Great Place to Work® Certification go through a standard assessment process. There are two lenses through which an organization gets assessed:
  1. Trust Index© – Employee experience survey
  2. Culture Audit© – Evaluation of the people practices in the organization
In order to be certified, an organization must achieve a minimum of 70% positive responses in the Trust Index© survey and submit a culture audit prepared by HR. Once certified, the next step is recognition. Great Place to Work® rolls out several national recognition lists depending on the size of the organization and the industry.
