This organization makes me feel supported and there is no difference in the way they look at people. Be it, male-female, or manager or the VP, everyone is treated in the same way. More than that, the support the People department gives to the females is really great. Once in a while, they have a one on one with the females of the organization asking them if they are comfortable or is there anything that needs to be done from their end. I am happy to be a part of this organization.
