Hackathon: Mindtickle has multiple platforms in which employees are encouraged to voice their opinions or suggestion. Once such platform in Hackathon, this year they had conducted a hackathon during the lockdown. And to have everyone's participation, this was a product/idea hackathon and not just a tech hackathon. They had participation from almost 90% of the people and the format was such that, people from all departments came together to either pitch their idea or be part of someone's idea. The hackathon was a 2-day program however the effort was for almost 2 weeks. They got more than 30 great ideas from it and 25 of them went to POC and Jury shortlisted them to be part of their final product. They plan to build all 25 ideas into their product in 2021. 

Win Notices - A mailer congratulating on the success story of the employee is sent to everyone allowing them to receive the deserved recognition and inspiring everyone else in the process.360* Chaupal Shout Out - They realize that recognitions must not always be top-down so they designed a shout-out wherein anyone can give a shout-out to anyone else including their managers, peers, and other teams during their Friday Chaupals. Shout Out - If an employee has done exceptionally well in any project or has gone out of his/her way to help someone, he or she is appreciated and given a shout out and they earn Karma points.
