is a commitment to each of the employees towards enhancing varied skills &
upgradation of technical capabilities. The training calendar is planned & updated every
month which covers various training arranged through internal or external
trainers. Training needs are discussed with every individual & the training
calendar is planned accordingly. Curve is an initiative in this area & is a Red Ventures-built online
learning and development platform with over 14,000 hours of online content
